Policies 

Thank you for being a loyal client at Honey Esthetics. Our policies allow us to keep our doors open and providing the highest quality services.

Sickness & Covid

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointment sick. If it is assumed you are sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect. If you have to reschedule due to falling ill to covid you must reschedule at least two weeks out or provide a negative covid test with your name on it to schedule sooner.

Late Cancellations & No Shows

Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a penalty fee of  50% of the scheduled service price. Failure to arrive to your appointment on time or later than 15 minutes from the scheduled service time can result in cancellation, and late cancellation fee will be charged.  If you no show a scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the full price of scheduled service. Absolutely no refunds will be given for late cancellations and no-shows. This is a strict policy at Honey Esthetics; upon signing consent forms, you agree to the penalties for late cancellations and no-shows.

Other Lash Artist's Works

If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly.Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and at Honey Esthetics, our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied to the appropriate full set price.This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being preformed. 

Refunds

Honey Esthetics has strict refund policies. Please remember, are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with the best services. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are dissatisfied with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If an adjustment can be made to address your concerns, it will be done so with a follow up appointment. If concern is fault of application or product, follow up appointment will be free of charge. Any concerns addressed after 72 hour of last appointment, or if aftercare instructions were not followed, clients will be responsible for full price of follow up appointment.
