Why is a New Client Touch Up required?

This appointment is required anytime a client has lashes applied by another lash artist and is looking to become a Honey Esthetic's client. A new client touch up will also be required if current clients receive a touch up from an artist not at Honey Esthetics.

What happens at a New Client Touch up?

A New client touch up appointment will start off with a mini consult, this will allow your artist to talk about your expectations and take a look at your current extensions to determine if you will need a touch up or full set. Please plan a head, this appointment can take anywhere from 90min to 2 hours if a full set if needed.

Why would I need a full set if I have lashes from another location?

When lashes aren't applied correctly this causes  damage to your natural lashes, and makes it difficult for your new lash artist to properly apply new extensions. At Honey Esthetics, we take natural lash health very seriously. If your current lashes are causing any damage to your natural lashes, all extensions will have to be removed and a full set will be appplied.

Our Policy

If you currently have eyelash extensions on that were applied by a previous lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained. At Honey Esthetics, our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied to the appropriate full set price.
